Stacey and Kenny chose the incredible Palm Event Center in the Vineyards as the backdrop to their perfect day. The tall palm trees on the drive in give it a regal tropical vibe. The vineyards and climbing vines provide a heavy dose of sophistication and class. Kenny chose a classic black tux, which matched perfectly with Stacey's stunning mermaid styled gown. They were the picture of perfection standing next to each other at the alter in the Palm's beautiful barrel room. Their reception was adorned with stunning gold geometric accents, including a golden hexagon designed cake with adorable panda cake toppers. This couple took advantage of all the fun wedding traditions they could, participating in a bouquet toss, a garter throw, and even a wild few rounds of the shoe game during the beginning of the reception. The latter part of the night was full of drinking and dancing the night away in celebration. We absolutely loved working with this amazing couple and we know their life will be filled with joy and laughter for all the years to come.
Getting ready with your mom is such a cherished event on a bride's wedding day. We loved how sweet these two ladies were together.
There's nothing like champagne and a pillow fight to get you even more excited to walk down the aisle!
The moment she puts on the dress, she truly becomes a bride. Boutonniere box trouble aside, Kenny and his groomsmen looked extremely dapper in their matching tuxedos. They also rocked some awesome socks for a pop of color and fun. Move over James Bond, Kenny's in the house!
Stacey was an absolute vision in her fitted mermaid gown. It suited her so well, she looked like she had just walked out of a bridal magazine. Her girls were so much fun as well in their blush beaded gowns, each and every one of them was both sweet and stunning.
First looks are one of our most favorite wedding traditions. It allows couples a moment of intimate connection in privacy before the usual wedding day shenanigans take place. Kenny and Stacey were both speechless and emotional when they saw one another. It was one of our favorite first looks to date.
We carried on with the romance during their couple portraits as well. These two are so in love, it shined through in ever single image. Stacey's veil, the fall leaves, and the lovely architecture of the Palm Event Center provided all the beautiful backdrops and props we needed to highlight their love.
The barrel room has so much character, warmth, and charm. It was a great spot to host their large but intimate feeling ceremony. The ballroom reception space is second to none, boasting high ceilings, string lights, and a massive dripping crystal chandelier. Stacy and Kenny's gold accents brought out all the warm and cozy tones of the space.
This bridal party had nothing but fun from reception introductions, all the way to open dancing.
We love a good choreographed first dance. Stacey changed into a beautiful flowing gown to provide a bit more flexibility and a ton of beauty while twirling. Their cake was an adorable decor addition, in no small part, due to the super cute panda bride and groom cake toppers.
The shoe game is a quirky wedding tradition in which the bride and groom are asked questions about their relationship and habits (i.e. - Who is the better cook?). The couple then holds up either their own shoe or their partner's shoe to indicated which one of them is the best answer to the posed question. The couple can't see one another and it often results in lots of laughs in situations where they both think they're the best as a particular thing. This game is a unique addition to any reception!
After all the games and tosses it was time to party. This couple totally knows how to to get down on the dance floor!
